Easy Vegan Chocolate Mousse Cups
Here is a quick and easy vegan, gluten free & refined sugar free dessert idea for when you are entertaining friends (or if you are just feeling like something indulgent!)

What you'll need:
- 1 500g tub Coconut Yoghurt (I like Cocobella)
- 2 tbsp Organic Raw Cacao Powder
- 2-4 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
- Strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup Bask & Co. Almond & Coconut or Dark Chocolate Granola Clusters
What to do:
Split the yoghurt into two separate bowls. Pop one aside and in the other add the cacao powder and sweetener of your choice to taste (depending on how sweet you like it.)
To assemble, press the sliced strawberries against a glass then layer chocolate and plain yoghurt.
Pop a layer of Granola Clusters in the middle then keep layering. Sprinkle the remaining Granola Clusters on top and serve.
