Shipping policy

All Bask & Co. orders are processed and sent within 3 business days. (Unless during a sale period where processing time may take longer due to order volume.)

We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for standard post and $16.95 for express post on all orders under the free shipping amount ($99) Australia Wide.

Orders are posted with Couriers Please for Metro orders (except for WA) Australia Post for all regional & WA orders unless otherwise specified. Please let us know if you want your order shipped with a specific company and we will happily accommodate this. 

We currently only post to Australia and New Zealand. 

Orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping (Australia only) - this discount is automatically applied at the checkout.

If any other discount codes are applied to the total order value which brings that cart below $99, the shipping charge will be added. Free shipping is applied after all other discounts.
