Cinnamon Scroll Baked (not) Oats
This Cinnamon Scroll Baked (not) Oats is an indulgent meal prep breakfast that will blow your socks off! It is so easy to make and this is enough for 2-3 serves!
In a food processor add:
1 & 1/2 Cups Almond & Cinnamon Porridge
1/2 Cup Milk of choice
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
Then seperate 1/3 of the mix into a bowl and add the following ingredients and stir until combined:
1 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 TSP Cinnamon
Add the cinnamon swirl mix into a zip lock bag so you can squeeze it out to make the swirl.
Pop 1/2 of the base baked oats mix into a greased ramiken and then swirl 1/2 of the cinnamon mix by snipping the corner of the zip lock and squeezing it out. Repeat this process once more.
Pop in the oven at 180°c for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool & make the frosting by mixing the following ingredients in a small bowl:
1 tbsp cream cheese
1 TSP icing sugar
1 TSP Vanilla
Spoon cream cheese mix on-top once cooled and ENJOY!!
