Gluten Free Bircher Muesli


Here is my bircher muesli recipe that you can easily make with our Gluten Free Porridge!

All you need is:

1/2 Cup of Gluten Free Porridge

1/4 Cup of Milk of your choice

2 Tbsp of Yoghurt of your choice

1/2 Apple grated

Dried Fruit, nuts or seeds of your choice

Drizzle of honey

To Make, simply mix the porridge, milk, yoghurt and apple in a container and mix well. You can also add the dried fruit, nuts and seeds at this point if you like!

Pop in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Once ready to serve, you may need to add a splash of milk to make the bircher less thick.

Top with extra dried fruit, nuts and a drizzle of honey and enjoy!
