Gluten Free Overnight 'Oats' (coeliac safe)

This recipe by Casey-Lee from Live Love Nourish has been SO popular. It is an excellent alternative to the overnight oat recipes which have been trending on social media recently. 

GLUTEN FREE OVERNIGHT OATS
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup gluten free porridge
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup yoghurt
1 cup plant milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp honey, or to taste
Toppings:
Banana Dark choc chips Drizzle of honey (optional)
METHOD:
In airtight containers combine all ingredients and seal. Place in fridge for 6 hours to overnight. Serve with banana and choc chips and a drizzle of honey (optional).
