High Protein, Low Sugar Baked (not) Oats - Coeliac Safe

If you are looking for a meal prep breakfast idea for the cooler months, this recipe is for you.
High protein, low sugar coeliac safe baked (oat free) oats! This recipe is not only ELITE but is also incredibly easy to make. 

Simply blitz the following ingredients:
100g Cottage Cheese
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Baking Powder 

Pour into a small baking dish and top with a punnet or raspberries. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°c. 
This will be enough for 3 breakfasts - you can also bake them in 3 seperate ramekins if you prefer.
