High Protein Oat Free Porridge

This bowl of oat free porridge has a whopping 40g of protein and will keep you full for AGES.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 egg
2 Tbsp At Health Lean Balance unflavoured protein (or any protein powder of your choice)
Honey & chopped banana to serve

To make simply pop the porridge, milk and water in the saucepan and allow to sit for 5 minutes to soften the rice flakes. Then add the egg and protein powder and heat on the stove until thick and creamy. 

Serve straight away with a big drizzle of honey and chopped banana!
