Gluten Free Mixed Berry Overnight 'Oats'

This oat free twist on an overnight oats recipe is so easy to make & fills you up for hours! Perfect for before a workout or a busy morning running around after the kids. It can be made a few days in advance and be kept in the fridge!

To make, simply add the following ingredients to a jar (this is one serve)

1/3 cup Bask & Co. Traditional Porridge

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt (or Coconut if you are dairy free)

1/4 Cup Milk (of choice)

1-2 Tsp Honey

1/4 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (defrosted & mashed)

Stir them up and pop them in the fridge for 6 hours - overnight until soft. In the morning, top with an extra dollop of yoghurt and some berries to serve!
