Protein Chocolate Pudding Overnight (oat free) Oats

This coeliac safe meal prep breakfast is quick and easy to prepare a few days in advance and is perfect for busy mornings. It is high protein, low sugar and absolutely delicious! 

Simply add the following to a jar (for more serves, just use this recipe for each jar)

  • 1/4 Cup Bask & Co Traditional Porridge
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1 Serve Chocolate Protein Powder (I use At Health)
  • 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup 
  • 1/4 Cup Milk of choice
  • Optional: 1 mini Flake to top

Stir all ingredients and put in fridge for 6 hours to overnight to soak. This will last for 3-4 days in the fridge.
