Signature Yoghurt Bowl
This yoghurt bowl is the perfect way to enjoy our Almond & Coconut Granola Clusters for breakfast. The perfect balance of creamy, sweet and crunchy - you will be satisfied and kept full until lunch!
What you'll need:
- 1/2 cup yoghurt of your choice (high protein, greek or coconut works great!)
- 50g fresh blueberries
- 50g fresh strawberries - sliced
- 1 passionfruit - halved
- Sprig of mint
- 45g of Almond & Coconut Granola Clusters
What to do:
Spoon your yoghurt of choice into a bowl (the prettier the bowl, the better) Place berries around bowl and scoop half of your passionfruit on top.
Sprinkle granola on top of berries and then add the half passionfruit to the side of the bowl. Add torn mint leaves to garnish.
